Thermal gas mass flow meter measuring principle is the use of heat conduction flow meter. The meter use constant difference in temperature method for accurate measurement of gas mass flow, it has the advantages of small volume, high digitization, easy installation, high accuracy .etc Sensor portion consists of two reference level platinum resistance temperature sensor, using bridge circuit, one for measuring temperature, the other for maintaining the constant different in temperature which higher than fluid temperature, it could apply to measuring flow under high temperature and pressure.
